Harvested in Wisconsin during the late-summer Goldenrod bloom, this honey has a rich golden color and a distinctive flavor that sets it apart from lighter summer honeys.
The flavor starts smooth and floral, then develops into warm notes of butterscotch with a lightly spiced finish. Goldenrod produces a fuller, more aromatic honey with plenty of character while still being easy to use every day.
Our honey is kept raw and unfiltered to preserve its natural flavor, aroma, pollen, and character.
The 7 lb tub is perfect for families, tea drinkers, bakers, mead makers, or anyone who goes through honey faster than a standard jar.
