Linden Honey, (липовый) Harvested from the beautiful Driftless area of Wisconsin. Linden trees (also known as Basswood) thrive in the hills and valleys of this forgotten area of Wisconsin. Starting from the early days of June the Linden trees blossom, giving a delicious and unique nectar for the bees. Linden Honey is sweet, with notes of pear, and citrus, and has a long lasting floral aftertaste. It goes so well with fresh bread and butter.
