This year’s linden honey is exceptional. It has a beautiful flavor, and we’re excited to share it with you.
Our Linden Honey is harvested in Wisconsin’s Driftless Area, where linden trees, also known as basswood, grow throughout the wooded hills and valleys.
For a few short weeks in June, the trees fill with blossoms and provide the bees with fragrant nectar. The result is a sweet, floral honey with notes of pear and citrus and a smooth, lingering finish.
It’s especially good on warm bread with butter, stirred into tea, drizzled over oatmeal or yogurt, paired with cheese, or used in baking.
The 7 lb size is a great choice for families, frequent honey eaters, and anyone who likes to keep plenty of honey in the pantry.
